Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about accounts, lotteries, markets, wallets, and safety. Can't find your answer? Contact support.
Account & Registration
Click Register, enter your name, email, and a password. A 6-digit OTP will be sent to your email address — enter it to activate your account. The whole process takes under two minutes.
Your Secret Key is a separate passphrase you set during registration. It is stored as an Argon2id hash — never in plain text. You need it to confirm withdrawal requests via OTP. Keep it somewhere safe; it cannot be recovered, only rotated (once per 24 hours).
Email changes are handled by contacting admin support. Your email is tied to OTP delivery for account security, so a change requires manual verification.
Use the Forgot Password link on the login page. A 6-digit OTP is sent to your registered email. Enter the code, then set a new password. The OTP expires in 10 minutes and is limited to 5 attempts.
Wallet & Recharges
Recharges are processed by local agents. Share your public wallet ID (shown in your dashboard) with an agent and they will credit your balance directly. No bank account or card is required.
The platform default is a $10 minimum and $10,000 maximum per recharge. These limits are set by the platform admin and may be adjusted.
You can set a personal cap on how much can be credited to your wallet in a single calendar day. Once the limit is reached, agents cannot recharge your wallet until the following day. You can configure this in your dashboard under Account Safety.
No. Agents can only credit your wallet — they cannot debit it, view your pick history, or initiate withdrawals on your behalf. The only direction of agent-initiated flow is inbound (recharge).
Lotteries
There are four draw formats: Daily (ticket price $10), Weekly ($50), Fortnightly ($100), and Monthly ($200). Only one draw of each type is active at a time, so up to four draws run concurrently — all shown on the home page.
Winners are drawn by the platform's cryptographically secure system when the draw closes. Each ticket is a separate entry, so more tickets means better odds. Up to three winning tickets are drawn and the prize pool is split by rank — 50% / 30% / 20% — after the platform fee is deducted from the total pool.
An optional per-user ticket cap may be set by the admin for a specific draw. If no cap is set, there is no limit on how many tickets you can hold in a single lottery.
Each draw needs a minimum number of unique participants (10 by default). If that minimum is not met by the closing time, the draw is automatically postponed — the closing time is extended and your tickets stay valid until enough players join. An admin can instead cancel a draw, in which case every ticket is refunded in full.
Prediction Markets
A market poses a question about a real-world outcome with two or more options. BETNDRAW runs two formats: pari-mutuel, where everyone's stakes form a pool and winners share it in proportion to their stake, and fixed-odds, where each option has set odds and your payout is your stake × the odds you locked in. The platform fee applies to pari-mutuel pools.
The platform default is $1.00 per pick. The admin may set a higher minimum or a per-user stake cap for individual markets.
Pari-mutuel: your payout = (your stake / total winning-side stake) × (total pool − platform fee), and the fee is capped at the losing pool so winners never get back less than their stake. Fixed-odds: your payout = your stake × the odds locked at the time you pick. You can see the current pool sizes or the odds for each side on the market card before play.
Yes. If a market does not reach the minimum required participants (10 by default) or the outcome cannot be confirmed, it is cancelled and every stake is refunded in full — win or lose, no fee is charged.
Withdrawals
Go to your dashboard, submit a withdrawal request specifying the amount and your preferred agent. An OTP is sent to your email (using your Secret Key as a second factor) to confirm the request. The agent then processes the payout.
The platform default is a $20 minimum and $5,000 maximum per withdrawal. Limits are admin-configurable and may differ from these defaults.
Withdrawal requests are reviewed by admins. Once approved, the agent is notified to complete the payout. Timing depends on the agent's availability. You will receive an in-app and email notification at each stage.
Yes, as long as it has not yet been approved. You can cancel a pending request from your dashboard. Once an admin has approved it, cancellation is no longer possible.
Referrals & Bonuses
Share your referral link or UID with a friend. When they register using your code and complete a qualifying cumulative recharge, both of you receive a bonus credited instantly to your wallets.
You can refer unlimited friends, but you receive the bonus for a maximum of 10 successful referrals. The person you referred always receives their welcome bonus regardless of your cap status.
Your referral link and numeric UID are visible in your user dashboard. You can copy either and share directly.
Safety & Account Controls
Your dashboard has an Account Safety section where you can set a daily recharge limit, take a short break (24h or 7 days), or self-exclude for 30 days or permanently. All controls take effect immediately.
Short exclusions (24h, 7d, 30d) cannot be shortened by you — only extended. A permanent exclusion requires contacting admin support. This is intentional so the feature works as a firm commitment.
No. Your balance is completely safe during any self-exclusion. You can still request a withdrawal while excluded — you simply cannot place picks or receive recharges.
