Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BETNDRAW platform ("Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By registering an account or participating in any activity on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not register or use the Platform.

1 Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to register or participate on the Platform. By registering, you warrant that you meet this requirement.

• You are solely responsible for determining whether participation in lottery or prediction market activities is lawful in your jurisdiction. We do not represent that the Platform is appropriate or available in all jurisdictions.

• One account per person is permitted. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.

2 Account Registration and Security

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You agree to keep your account information up to date.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and public/secret keys. Any activity conducted through your account is your sole responsibility.

• Email verification is required before any account can be used. Accounts that remain unverified for 30 days may be deleted.

• You must notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorised access to your account.

3 Internal Credit Economy

• The Platform operates an internal credit system. Credits are added to your account by authorised Agents using their public key. No direct payment gateway is operated by BetNDraw.

• Credits are non-transferable between users except through the Agent-to-user transfer mechanism. Credits have no monetary value independent of the Platform.

• Withdrawal requests are subject to admin review and approval. Requested amounts are frozen immediately upon submission and released or returned upon decision.

• We reserve the right to adjust, suspend, or revoke account balances in cases of fraud, abuse, or breach of these Terms.

4 Lottery Draws

• Three concurrent lotteries are available: Daily ($10/ticket), Weekly ($50/ticket), and Monthly ($200/ticket). Ticket prices and availability are subject to change with notice.

• Draws are conducted automatically using a cryptographically secure random selection process applied ten times to ensure fairness.

• A 20% platform fee is deducted from the total pool before prize distribution. The remaining 80% is split equally among up to five winners.

• Tickets purchased are non-refundable once the draw has commenced. In the event of a cancelled draw, ticket amounts are credited back to participants' accounts.

• Winnings are credited automatically to your account balance. You will be notified via real-time notification and email upon winning.

5 Prediction Markets

• Prediction markets are binary yes/no questions administered by Platform administrators. Outcomes are resolved at admin discretion based on verifiable real-world events.

• Payouts are proportional: participants who correctly predicted the outcome share the total pool in proportion to their bet size. No platform fee applies to prediction markets.

• Bets placed are final and cannot be reversed or modified once submitted. Markets may be cancelled at admin discretion, in which case all bets are refunded.

6 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

• Attempt to manipulate draws, prediction outcomes, or any automated Platform processes.

• Share, sell, or transfer your account credentials or public/secret keys to any third party.

• Use automated scripts, bots, or other tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for regular users.

• Engage in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime using the Platform's credit system.

7 Responsible Participation

• We encourage all participants to set personal spending limits and participate responsibly.

• You may request your account to be suspended at any time by contacting support. Suspended accounts cannot be reactivated for a minimum cooling-off period of 30 days.

8 Account Suspension and Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any account that violates these Terms, without prior notice and at our sole discretion.

• Upon account termination, any pending withdrawal requests will be reviewed and processed at admin discretion. Remaining balance in a banned account may be forfeited.

9 Privacy and Data

• We collect and store your name, email address, date of birth, and account activity logs. This data is used solely to operate the Platform and communicate with you.

• Passwords and secret keys are stored as cryptographic hashes (Argon2id). We cannot retrieve your plaintext credentials.

• We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties except as required by law.

10 Limitation of Liability

• The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

• We are not liable for any loss of credits arising from technical failures, maintenance windows, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

• Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the credit balance held in your account at the time of the claim.

11 Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
